KMixon
My husband and I are trying to remember the name of a hotel in CM to find a website.. It is right by the Tapae gate on either Changmoi or Tha Phae Road. The just recently built (i think) and the rooms are concrete, very cave like and very modern. The bar/restaurant is upstairs and has a balcony that overlooks the street. There is only 2 small tables on the balcony. We only had drinks there one evening but the hotel itself looked really cool. Hope this description helps and I appreciate your help. Thanks.
Greenside
Can't help with the name but can confirm it's in Thapae Road just a few metres (maybe 20 or 30) down from Thapae Gate on the right hand side of the street. I went and had a nose around when it was under construction and it looked very interesting.
Sansai Sam
Sounds like U-Hotel but it's not on Thapae Road. It's on the other side of the gate.
cmsally
I think its called Mo Hotel. It's a pretty weird looking place especially from the back.
miltonbentley
Yes as Sally suggests that sounds like Mo Rooms. I couldn't find a website for them but this site has some pictures which may help in confirming the identity
