jackr
If you mean the Woodtect wood filler - like this: that fills holes in wood and you can drill it after two hours, Home Pro, Global and Home Mart have it. Dunno if you have Home Mart in Bangkok but in Chiang Mai, that stuff is 290 baht in Home Mart and a whopping 430 in Home Pro!
slapout
Most paint stores have a variety to match the stained wood, or natural for you to mix up yourself. If there is a Global, or Home Pro near you might try them.

needforspeed
Bigger paint shops have it as well, some for indoor use dont have that intense smell, this for paint as well.(ammonia) Try to use water base paint or filler, all paints and also Wood filler have a VOC code (Volatile Organic Compounds), the lower the VOC the less fumes the paint or filler gives, this specialy if having young children. thatguy
If you don't need much, white glue ( elmers or any carpenters glue, you can even get waterproof) mixed with sawdust is easy and cheap.
