Any sinus problem sufferers on here that use Neilmed sinus rinse? Im basically required to use these twice daily and simply cannot go without them, so I was wondering if anyone on here knows about these and if and where they can be purchased in Bangkok?

Have never seen them for sale in Bangkok. Boots is probably your best bet but even that's unlikely. Reading the manual, there are apparently service centers in Australia and New Zealand (also UK, Canada and Ireland).
