Where would be the best place to buy building materials to get the best price and quality ?

They are starting to build a single story bungalow and need to buy 13 precast concrete piles this week, what price should they be paying ?

From a couple of years ago the prices were

pillar 6" x 6" x 4M = 840.00 Baht

pillar 5" x 5" x 4M = 540.00 Baht

If you ask for piles you will end up with a piling rig and piles for hammering into the ground, I suspect you want sow poons, they are not expensive but be careful they may look strong but do not have heavy gauge steel in them suitable for a reasonably heavy roof. It is more usual to cast sow poons on site.

An often used sow poon is a concrete drain pipe re enforced with steel then cement poured in, be careful of cavities though if not vibrated down.
