The Things We Do...

Featured Replies

Why do we open our mouths when we put on mascara? I know I do it but to stop I have to consciously not do it. Otherwise, tilt head back, mouth open. :)

I heard its because it makes your eyes open wider... :) HOwever, the open-mouth-mascara-thing phenomenon is one that passed me by. My mouth stays shut, no open urges overcome me at all.

Since I haven't worn make up for ages - I had to do an experiment.

Yes, I do it too. So probably have done all my make up wearing life.

OK, I don't wear lipstick but I suspect I have some weird lip thing going on too. I always wear lip balm and find myself not only flattening my lips but opening my mouth quite wide to put on the balm. The flattening thing I understand, but yet another open mouth idiotic expression on my face? Yikes!
