Israel and the USA spend a lot of time effort and money setting up an alternative aid mechanism that bypasses Hamas . This helps dispose of Hamas being the government in gaza . Israel succeeded in taking over from Hamas in gaza . Why would Israel then shot Palestinians ? Wouldnt make any sense at all -
