johnfb
I worked for 4/5 years in Thailand (Bkk) from August 2004 - 2009. I am trying to recover my tax for first 2 years (allowed due to UK/Thailand tax treaty). I received 4 months worth of tax back but the tax authorities are now ruling as I had 2 contracts (changed with same Thai employer as I was promoted) that I cannot now get the remaining 20 months tax back. Can anyone help? I am prepared to pay on a no win, no fee basis because I don't want to lose anymore money on this. All the paperwork is available and the tax authorities have everything. TerryLH
I thought the deal was that after two years you had to stop working and leave the country. It sounds like that's the problem - you didn't.

Topprofile
I wouldn't keep my hopes up getting any money back from the Tax authorities.. Our company are owed VAT from exports since 4 years and still haven't received it back.
