I live in BKK and travelling to Krabi next month for a 7 day break.

Not having been to Krabi before, can anybody recommend a decent beach bungalow or villa to stay for about B1,500 to B3,000 a night.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

there is only really 1 beach in krabi with bungalows at the end off nopparat thara you cross a small canal and reach a beach with 5 bungalow resorts on .ao nang beach is all hotels and guest houses ,google j2b resort they offer bungalows on the beach and airport pick up

Google Tonsai at Railei, there are some cheap beach huts there.

Also, the new Sala Talay at Hat Napparat is very nice but maybe above the budget you listed.

For a hotel quite near the beach, inexpensive, J Hotel Ao Nang. Ask for a balconey room, great view for a budget rate.
