Spell Check

Featured Replies

I noted one of our members had posted on a thread that he had problems re no display of the T.Visa spell checker in the top R/H corner.

Is there a way of restoring this please / solving the problem ???

Is this an isolated incident or has there been other reports.

Thank you

marshbags :)

I don't see the spell check icon in Firefox or Safari.

I DO see it in IE, however it won't actually work until ieSpell has been installed.

I don't think there's actually a facility as a 'Thaivisa Spell Checker' per-se.

It's not a facility I use, so I assume there are bolt ons for Ff and Safari :)

EDIT FF has a built in spell-check, you need to install a library in the 'add-ons' before it will work, after that it automatically underlines incorrectly spelled worms. You still don't see the icon though as it's redundant.

EDIT 2 So does Safari, and it works without additional plug ins :D

Thanks for a speedy reply Crossy :)

I never realised it wasn,t a Thai Visa facility per-se. and needed certain programmes, which I obviously have.

Guess I,m one of the fortunate ones who have use of it when accessing the reply / compose facility.

Cheers

Firefox is good if you spell "blond color." :)

Firefox is good if you spell "blond color." :)

I have 'British English Dictionary 1.19' installed.

Interestingly, it's happy with 'blond' but not 'color' :D

I heard that Brits spell it blonde only, and USA natives blond. I think either is fine.

Tiz I... without the spil chiker. :)

Running Firefox.

Vista.
