Nationwide Internet Banking And Tot

Featured Replies

When I'm using Nationwide Internet Banking several pages fail to load, or only load partially - this is with TOT broadband. For example, I can't set up a new arrangement for money transfer, and can't send Nationwide a secure message.

When I try the same site with DTAC GRPS/EDGE everything works fine.

Any thoughts on what's going wrong here, please?

I'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with my computers, since I get the same problem with both Firefox and Internet Explorer, and with Windows XP and with Ubuntu Linux.

Thanks

The problem is probably the MTU setting in your router. See Here. It worked for me.

Thanks, Lite Beer. Changing the MTU on the router fixed things for me.

It's just a pity that Nationwide neither fixes the problem at their end, nor provides any information about the problem on their website.
