Now, my question is where can I buy graphic tablets (preferably wacom/bamboo) in Bangkok, around Sukhumvit?

In Chiang Mai they can be obtained at any IT City store. I suggest you look for your nearest one. Or I would guess they can be obtained at Pantip but have not checked there myself.

There's a shop specializing in Wacom tablets on the 4th floor of Panthip plaza (go to Centralworld) and take a bike taxi or a 10 min walk from there.

I would suggest either Pantip or Seacom Square which may be closer if you are in the Bang Na section of Sukhumvit.
