All the telephone connections from the box which comes into the house to your telephone and most adaptors are all the very small size. What is that called and does anyone have any pictures ?

Thai phone connections jacks/plugs are the standard RJ-11. Google for description.

RJ11 jacks are what are international standard phone cable connectors. RJ45's are a little bigger and used for Ethernet cables.
