World Indicies

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone,

does anyone know a link where I can see the most up to date market indicies.

eg. Nikkei 225, FTSE 100, DAX and S&P throughout the day.

Many sites are delayed 15 minutes. How close to live can I see these figures?

Also index futures would be good too.

Markets look to be going south today.

thanks

I know that the stock quotes on Yahoo are delayed 15 to 20minutes, but aren't the indices in real time? Try asking Yahoo Finance for quotes on symbols ^DJI ^IXIC ^SPC ^SSEC ^HSI ^STI ^N225 ^HUI, etc and you'll get timely quotes on those indices at least.

can try this one freestockcharts dot com

i hope you are not using those free quote services for your comparative trading exercises....

as is already mentioned.... it is a delayed and unreliable quote....

especially if you are using for forex purposes....

but then to have the up to second--real time accurate feed.... you need to subscribe to esignal or tradestation (u.s. services) or others.... and the cost is around 80 british pounds per month....

even then, their disclaimer is similar--no guarantee that it can guarantee the timely and the accuracy of their feeds....

and you are using it at your own riskLOL
