90 Day Report.

Featured Replies

I entered Thailand on October 20th 2009, I had a multi entry retirement visa that was renewed at the immigration office from December 28th for another year.

Do I still have to report in January, 90 days after entering Thailand in October despite renewing my visa at the Immigration office 2 weeks ago ?

Or do I report 90 Days after my last visit to Immigration ?

Thanks for any info in advance.

90 days from date of entry. The day you entered will be day one.

However if your visit to Immigration on Dec. 28th was your first application for extension that counts as a 90 day report and the next report will be 90 days from then.

I already have had a retirement visa for 3 years, so I guess it wasn't my first application for extension.

So I guess it's another trip to Immigration to tell them I'm still living in the same place as I was 2 weeks ago.

Thanks for the info.

Yep. Extension applications and 90 day reports are two separate things.

Note that many immigration offices allow doing your 90 day report by mail.
