I need to send some funds back to a European bank. Funds are not from sale of a condo, but a repay of a personal loan from a friend. Anybody familiar with procedure and cost involved?

I think others will tell you that sending money out of Thailand is difficult. A friend of mine, who sold a house last year, ended up doing the following. He opened a local bank-account och with that got the usual Visa Electron. With this Visa card he now draws money in his home-country (Sweden). There is of course the daily limit but he is quite happy with this solution.
