Hi guys, i've posted here before as some of you will kow about getting a visa for my gf. She was refused a couple months back for a tourist visa but our application was a bit sloppy and we made some mistakes.

I'm actually thinking of getting married while im in Thailand with her now and then for her to apply for a spouse visa, my question is, if I get married and then within a couple of weeks she applys for a spouse visa, will they loook at this suspicous? We have planned to get married anyway and i'd prefer to get married over here than at home in the bitter cold. Also will be using Davies Khan aka scouser for his services.

Could you please elaborate as to your nationality? If you are a US Citizen and seeking a US visa, getting married would actually make the process slower as it currently takes less time to obtain a fiance visa compared to either a CR-1 or K-3 marriage visa (this assumes that the initial petition was filed in the USA).
