If the house is in your girls name the only 2 tax times is buying & selling. no appraisal fees like the U.S. Give some more info on your situation that will help your response.We own & that is how it worked for us in her name.

I buy the house in a company name which is a non trading, i have to pay tax every year. last year i used a local company but he wasa bit dodgy to me .........all i know is that all companies have to pay some tax at the end of each year 31st Dec .....
