Married to Thai for 15 years, registered here and abroad. Wife never changed her surname to mine. 3 questions:

- (Not sure where to post this one - perhaps someone could let me know). What are the current grounds for divorce in Thailand?

- Does the wife now require my permission to sell real estate which is in her name?

- If we get divorced, what happens to the real estate common property?

3. 50/50 split, unless the spouses can agree on something else.
