How frustrating is it when you go to a quoted website and it either doesnt wirk or is way out of date!

Seems to be even worse with the Thai ones!

I tend to get over it pretty quickly

My pet hate is large IT companies that divide their site up into regional or national sub-sites, but they only maintain the 'US' one. And Thai sites with an 'English' version - you don't have to scratch very far before it falls to pieces.

I've been wrestling with both the malaysian airlines and singapore airlines websites to try and get a flight back to bangkok from capetown - pretty amazed at how sad the sites were in this day and age of many people booking their flights online.
