I had 2 wonderful dinners in this top notch restaurant, owned by a young thai, nice decor, great wines, it has a few tables on the outside, along a busy road. I can't recall the name of this restaurant. And the price is so fair, ambience is cosy.

Very memorable dish is the fresh vegetable salad arranged like a bouquet, but there were so many fusion vietnamese dishes, yum yum.

Anyone can suggest a name to refresh me?

I was in Thang Long, confirmed was the one I visited 2 years ago. Lots of restaurants in Soi Lang Suan.
