Non-O, 3 months, Multiple entries

Sorry for posting this, just a bit confused between different answers :

I have to go abroad next week, I've been reading I must go to the immigration previous to departure, and fill a special form...

Is that really so, or do I just proceed through border crossing as usual, and fill whatever forms there ?

Believe you are getting confused with a re-entry permit, which usually is obtained by people on extension of stay to protect their permission to stay.

If you are on Non-O visa entry, just leave the country and you will be stamped out by immigration.

Believe you mean a one year visa rather than 3 months however (90 days per entry).
