Sounds like you need a CMS with an online shopping add on.

There are some nice shops out there for joomla, i have one running for supplements. I havent tweaked it yet or made it look nice. It is more of a hobby and i got other jobs to do so its not real nice yet. But with joomla you can do a lot.
