Thailand To China By Land.

Hi there.

I'm planning on traveling from Thailand directly to China, via Laos. As I only intend to stay in Laos for the transit period, is there a special type of Laos visa that can be applied, or would I simply have to pay for the 15day visa on the border?

If anyone has any advice about this it would greatly appreciated.

before you embark on your adverture, pls buy a premium life insurance, alright?

and send your loved ones message everyday, if possible.

if you do have a satellite phone, pls do remember to bring it along.

when in time of need, you can also use it to bargain for your safety and safe passage. they do not take american express, visa, master charge, nor diner club, but they will be willing to take your rolex, camera, video equipment, us dollars and euro....

i would assume you are multilingual, aren't you? PHOO-TUNG-WHA, SING-MA? <speak chinese? can do?>

the journey is quite lengthy and difficult at various time and location.... and remember to bring ample preventive medication as well....

did i forget something paramoutly important....? LOL

oh ya, do not check with your embassy, people there always discourage adventurers from making exciting trips.... lol
