Need A Vet To Make A House Call Lower Sukhumvit Bkk

Featured Replies

my cat has been bitten and has scratched the affected area into a bloodied pulp.

As the topic says, any one know of a decent vet that can apply a salve, stick a bucket on its head, and perhaps overcharge me for antibiotics in the lower sukhumvit area?

I could stick it in a box, and head towards Thonglor (on sukhumvit) but i suspect that would just be adding insult to the cat's existing injury as well as turning me into an asthmatic mess.

that and i dont want to spend the next 2 hours in traffic.

thanks in advance.

Get someone who does not have cat fever to carry the cat there. Seems silly to get a vet to visit you unless your rich. If not I would suggest the yellow pages, call vet and tell them to make a house-call. Or take the bts to the vet and tell him to come to your home. Come on man THINK A LITTLE

never mind, it bled out before the vet got here.

just joking i took it myself.

it is now hiding under the dining room table after being thoroughly traumatised by an hour and a bit either way in a taxi.

I am not sure who suffered more, my 3 year old daughter, the cat or the taxi drivers. the beast yowled its indignation the whole way but stopped short of soiling itself like the last time it needed to visit a vet.

the taxi drivers did not appreciate the noise, and my daughter was convinced the thing was dying. good luck getting her to a doctor next time she needs to go.

As its neck wound covered too large an area to benefit from one of those bucket things, the vet taped its hind legs to stop it from scratching the lesion with its claws.

as for your rich comment, perhaps you should lay off the bluegrass, or better yet pop by to watch the cat as it endlessly shakes its rear legs in an attempt to remove the dressing. you may be amused. my nanny certainly was.

my daughter's imitation was pretty funny as well. She no longer wants barbie flip flops, but "cat boots" instead.

Your other suggestion was great, when was the last time you called a friend to take your cat to the vet? most folks i know would be more happy to pop by and paint my house for me.

Come on man, think a little.

upon occasion, i find myself hopeful that TV could offer some constructive help, especially in the specialised fora, but apparently this time you were all the board had to offer.

thanks mate, pay the kindness forward.
