Changing Ownership Of 2 Bikes

Featured Replies

Hello everybody,

I recently bought a Honda Phantom and a Honda Airblade, both of which are registered in my girlfriend"s name.I now wish to transfer them into my name so can anybody tell me the correct procedure.I have lived in Phuket for nearly 2 years and have the yellow book confirming my home address.

Many thanks,Keith

Get her to sign the power of attorney and the transfer forms.. Get copies of her ID card / tabien baan. Take copies of your passport, visa page, and current permission to stay stamp, yellow book should be accepted (they can be funny on them on Phuket) and take the bikes to the Land transport office in Phuket town.

oh...and make sure the ID card isn't expired - very important - you cant transfer
