Power Failure/accident Krabi Town Any Info

In Krabi town, 2 nights ago was amajor power failure for about 2 hours around 11.30pm start . I was told by the landlordwhere I am staying that 4 people were killed in a road accident during the blackout , I not seen details , anyone know anymore?
