Getting A Visa

Featured Replies

Hi

Im 28 and have a thai girlfriend in Sydney Australia she is here on a student visa we plan to get married at the end of the year and move to Thailand.

Dose any one no whats the best way for me to get a visa for Thailand?

Will you have money/job? You are aware of job market here?

A multi entry non immigrant O visa based on visiting your spouse would be the best without meeting extension of stay requirements. You have to leave every 90 days but can immediately return. Visa lasts one year. Perth or Brisbane would be the best places to obtain.

Do you have savings? A proveable income? A skill which will enable you to work here in Thailand?

If no to all of the above, a one year Non-Immigrant Visa based on your marriage is your best hope.

Best of luck to you both.
