The standard for those of us who don't yet read Thai script is possibly Benjawan Poomsan-Becker's Thai-English transliterated dictionary:

on sale at Se-Ed bookshops for under 500 banht last time I recall.

It has three sections, with the middle section transliterated from the Thai script to the equivalent that you might hear spoken as if in English.
