BlackWolf Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 Since Christmas there have been no more activities and construcktion at the new Centara Resort at Chaweng Noi beach. They started to build a large resort with a lot of buildings 1 year ago, but now there is a stop. Does anyone know whats going on? Is it the same old story with lack of finance and money ?
