I just posted the reverse-charges number for Centrelink on another thread. After I spoke to them two weeks ago, and mentioned the email sent on January 8th, he explained to me that they're running behind on their email replies lately.

Remember that they're Australian and they're signing our Australian cheques, so they can do whatever they like. Let us not bite the hand wot feeds us. Here is that number again, so you can do the right thing as a good Aussie and call them on the reverse charges telephone to save them the torment of having to reply to your email textually.

That requires a masters' degree in Australia nowdays. Help them to help you.

Yes, far better to call them on the reverse charge number. I have always experienced good friendly service, unlike the service at the local offices in Australia.

what you expect service at centrelink. come on this is the public service they are not there for service they are there to get their pay and nothing more
