In this film they note there is no federal law that supports The USA's Federal Income tax. I've heard this before. Is there any truth to this? Hypothetically you could win a case in court because the feds couldn't cite the statute? Not! Too many people have been imprisoned for failure to declare. I haven't filed in 15 years.
