farrol
Hello, I am looking for office space in Bangkok, Pahonyothin / Ladprao area. The big office buildings around have 2 disadvantages: - Working hours are limited, usually 7 am - 6 pm - Price around 350 Baht / sqm So I am thinking to rent a shophouse office, cheaper and more flexible. But how would I protect my office equipment from break-ins? Do I have to employ a security guard? Or would good doors / shutters do the trick? This would be in BKK, Central Ladprao area, probably in some soi, about 100 sqm office space. Thanks, Farrol
raro
I would rather rely on good doors and shutters than Khun Somchai. Add some burglar alarm and that should do the trick unless you plan to store gold bars in your desk.
Yamantaka
A lot depends on what of value will be left in the office every night as well as who will have access, employees, cleaning staff, etc? But window bars, gates and solid doors hung on 7cm steel screws with deadbolt locks would be a good start.
farrol
Thanks for the info! Well the most expensive items would be a couple of computers and network equipment, altogether maybe 200,000 Baht.
