measurement ?.

and is it the same as an achre of land ?.

My thai fianc'e and have been offered 20 rai of land in the North east of Thailand.

the cost per rai is 12000. baht.

is this a good price or not ?.

1 Rai = 0.4 Acres, 1600 sq Meters, 17222 sq Feet

And,respectively...

1 Rai = 400 sq Wah

1 sq Wah = 4 sq Meters

400 sq Wah = 1,600 sq Meters

1 Rai = 4 Ngan

1 Ngan = 100 Talang Wah

1 Talang Wah = 1 sq Wah

1 Rai = 400 Talang Wah

1 Acre = 2.53 Rai

1 Acre = 1012 Talang Wah

1 Hectare = 6.25 Rai

1 Hectare = 2.47 Acre
