I can attest to this. The guys at i27 are extremely helpful and well informed about release dates and pre-ordering. They'll take down your cell number and give you a ring when a game gets and reserve a copy for you. Had them do this for me on a number of occasions and they are typically the first store to have the games available. It is by far the best PC games shop in the entire city.
