Non Immigrant O

Featured Replies

Quick question chaps.

Non O Multiple entry basically means 4x90 day stays - right.

E.g. If a person leaves Thailand (for a week) after only say 30 days can you get a re-entry visa to still allow you that full 90 days (hope that makes sense).

Thanks guys :)

The number of journeys to Thailand you are allowed to make with your non-O visa is stated on the visa. If it says “M” or “ multiple”, you are free to make as many trips as want until the day before the expiration date indicated on the visa.

Example of a multiple-entry non-O visa:

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

A multiple entry Non-Immigrant visa gives unlimited entries whilst the visa is valid. You will receive a 90 day permission to stay on each entry into the Kingdom. Do a border run just before the visa expires to obtain new 90 day permission to stay, stretching the visa to 15 months. You do not need a re-entry permit on multiple entry Non-Immigrant visa (usually used by people on extension of stay to keep their current permission to stay alive).

As said it is not 4 entries it is Multiple.
