The US has spent $40B on six months of war with Iran and is said to be running low on munitions. Which Iran is not.

America is planning a $1.5T “defense” expenditure. Part of this was “automatic” draft registration. This was quietly dropped as unworkable by Selective Service just a few days ago.

Donald (and cover) bills, coins and passports. This vanity project has (so far) cost $1.2B. Right: the “Patriot Passport”. 

The cons are not real gold just like Donnie’s Mar a Largo and Trump House redecoration. We can be sure Trump’s ball room (in the diaper) will be a gilded wonder.

How about $100M for the Arc d’Trump? $16M for the no longer-Reflecting Pool (well, unless you live your life in a blue tint). The Ball room for $600M. Purging the Smithsonian of real history costs $330M. Purging the National Parks costs $10B.

The US shock market is worth $45T, all in private or corporate hands.

And don’t forget Israel, our bosom friend and ally: $300B (for what?) since World War II. $3.8B every year till 2028 when it’s goodbye Don time. THAAD, Iron Dome, David’s Sling, Arrow I,II,III, Patriot, Iron Beam. What a terrific investment! What's the ROI again?

$21B if Israel has an “emergency”. Isn't it always an emergency with Israel. Maybe they keep the wars going to get this extra doughAdministrations have repeatedly utilized emergency authorities to fast-track billions more in artillery shells, tank rounds, bomb kits, and tactical vehicles.

After the attack by Hamas terrorists, the US gave a further $14.3B in military “assistance” and $9.3B for “humanitarian aid, including support for Gaza civilians”. So where did that money go? Bullets, rockets, bombs for Gaza. Eat lead, Arabs!

Not winning any popularity contests

All this is just a rubber stamp from Congress. They know who funds their campaigns.

In 2025, the US proposed $8B in heavy arms sales to Israel. Guess what? Not one agorat kessef of that money has come back, leaving, once again, America holding the bag.

They call Israel a “cornerstone” of American foreign policy. And they’re partly right. Actually, it’s a millstone chained to America’s neck.

So where is all this money coming from? US taxpayer revenue was $5.26T, deduct $1.5 T for offence, leaving $3,76T. US govt operating costs are $7.04T. Hm, there’s a minus in there somewhere. 

That’s $20,600 per person, including babies & toddlers. The US spends hundreds of billions every year for past wars, primarily veterans’ benefits (you know, those losers and suckers who don’t have bone spurs), medical care and interest on national debt accumulated from wartime borrowing.

There are $2.5T or more US dollars in circulation, meaning private hands, worldwide. The US is pwned by $31.87T in bonds owned by other countries, on which it has to pay 5.2% in interest.

Which brings us to Fort Knox where 8,133.5 metric tonnes (261.5M troy ounces) of pure gold are stored. Although the market value at current prices is $1T, the US claims $11B based on $42.22 per troy ounce, decided by Congress in 1973!.

Remember mortgage-burning parties, when you'd just paid off your house? The US is $39.84 trillion dollars in debt. Nobody's going to burn that mortgage anytime soon.

America is financially (and some of us would say, morally) bankrupt. This calls into question the safety and security of US dollar holdings. They’re just printing money and the whole world believes In God We Trust, the almighty dollar, soon a $250 bill with Trump’s likeness…backed by nothing.

My advice: buy yuan.

Trump said already what happened. The war was over after one day. Iran was expecting to be attacked and still couldn't prevent the insane coordination of Israel and US combined power. What's happening currently and until Trump is out of office is either Iranian people take their country back or it will be a permanent war until a democrat becomes president (not happening)

As far as Trump vs Iran goes, Trump chucked everything the US was reasonably able to chuck at Iran....... the result is stalemate.

Iran can live with that........Trump can't.

The Lego bombs will continue to land on his easily bruised, thin skin and there is **** all he can do about it.

At least when I'm playing chess with someone equally as good as me a stalemate means we usually share an even amount of pieces. Very rarely a stalemate happens where the other side has been dominated but a stalemate occurs because they just keep moving their king back and forth between two spaces until both sides eventually agree to end the game which is i think what you mean. Irans leadership has nowhere to move, until they are ousted by the people.

Unlike the Iran war, Chess is a symmetrical game.

Iran's military is much weaker than the US, of course. However, the current regime's advantage is simply that there are no midterms in Iran (nor any other fair election).

Making a realistic assment doesn't mean approving the reality described. Whatever one may think about it, that's the sad reality. This fascist religious regime won't be sanctioned by Iranian voters, and they perfectly know that Trump's fate is conditioned by the midterms.

As you mentioned it, how has Trump improved Iranian people's situation?

He told them to go on protesting and that the US will help them. As the 'help' never came, the only tangible outcome is that more of them got jailed, tortured and killed. Add to it hundreds of civilians killed by Israel and the US......

You aren't badmouthing Russians by putting Putin down, a know megalomaniac who cares little for his own people, Many leaders are narcissistic and power hungry, but it isn't a reflection on their people, even if some voted them in hoping for better changes.

Look at how many hate Trump, but hating Americans because of this is wrong.

All countries have had bad leaders, and most of them were voted in by people with hope. That politicians lie , manipulate and make bad decisions has been know all along, but what else do we have? False promises to get votes, then the real them surfaces, much like picking a partner.

Trump makes threats to create fear and anxiety. What ones he'll follow through on is anyone's guess. Putin should have been ousted long ago by his own people, but like Hitler and others, they have people who believe in them. If citizens had more power, these leaders wouldn't last a week once they start going sideways.

Like Myanmar next door and North Korea, eventually things have to be put under control and the people should have the most power, as it's their countries and not just the higher ups.

Same as the UK, the Magic Money Tree. Since about 2005 politicians have woken up to the fact they can spend as much as they like and just print it. The UK borrowed about £500 billion in 500 years (including 2 world wars), but another £2.5 TRILLION in the last 20 years.

There is another "circus" happening. Every time Donald says "Iran negotiations have been resumed", the price of oil drops 5%. When he says Iran will be massively attacked again, the price of oil increases by 5%. All in one day, well understood.

To "time" such a market is only possible if you are part of the administration, knowing about Donalds next move before it becomes common knowledge. In the financial wold this is called "frontrunning".

Israel has been a reliable non-Muslim ally in the Middle East since 1948, which is exactly what the U.S. needed and is in the best interest of the U.S. people. During the Cold War years, Israel was an effective counterweight to the influence of the Soviet Union and now serves the same function against Iran and its proxies.

Radical expansionist Islamism is today the greatest threat the Western world faces and the U.S. couldn't have a better ally than Israel in this ultimate clash of civilizations.
