A disinformation campaign coupled with spurious suits and innuendo was aimed at Clinton

for the better part of 10 full years, all it got was his denying he had sex with Monica.

This supposed exposing himself is more of that innuendo and spuriousness.

And the senate threw that out as the badger game BS it was.

It is still coming on to this day, there are those who can't stand that they didn't nail him to a wall.

Suing Clinton, and Ken Starrs persecutions etc was all part of the witch hunt.

And the false suits that went no where. And it continues to warp his legacy, or memories of back then...

Easy enough to pay some Arkansas secretary to make a claim for a nice little stipend down the line.

And many people in high positions pay for unprovable nuisance suits to go away sooner than later...

Another good point from you. Are you a professor? Presidents lie all the time. I lie to my wife about how many beers I had tonight. I told her 3 when it's actually 6. I wasn't under oath though. There are alot of people sitting in jail for lying under oath in the US. That is the key point. Granted it never should have gone that far, but it did and he lied. No way around that.

Your overt bias does not change facts, and your defending Clinton's sexual assault of a public employee in the state of which he was govern at the time, only proves your level of good conduct is determined by your like or dislike of the people involved and maybe nothing to do with the law.

Calling that state employee a lair because she accuses your pet pol does not make him innocent of wrong doing.

Casting others for his bad conduct won't change history. Saying Bush is worse has nothing to do with Clinton's sexual assault of a public employee.

I don't know about two dysfunctional households. Perhaps one dysfunctional father. If he gets visitation with them for one weekend a month, then they would probably see him as much as they did before the story broke. Make a clean break and they never go through it again. I think the topic is definitely Thai related. I don’t know which forum though. Perhaps the travel forum because Tiger would be much happier if he traveled to Thailand. Or maybe the Pattaya forum because he sure would be a lot happier in Pattaya. Or maybe the health forum because it was announced recently that an active sex life is good for your heart. Or maybe the Thai language forum because he will need a tutor to teach him how to say butterfly in Thai. Or maybe the business forum because he is going about his whole apology thing wrong. There are a lot of sponsors out there who would line up for the new Tiger from Thailand image.

Tiger was invited to meet with the King. Tiger sent a letter of regret which was printed in Thai newspapers. Tiger was 20 a the time. He is eligible for a Thai birth certificate.

What's happening to tiger is a pretty accurate reflection of the society he's brought up in. On the one hand you have movies marketing and most of the culture in america selling, and being obsessed by, sex, while on the other hand you have these pseudo-religious sorts displaying their rank hypocrisy and anti-human values. How often have we seen these apparently puritanical 'people' being exposed for their own sexual pecadillos?

And what about all the politicians and senators who are in all sorts of beds apart from their marital one?

The part of american society that demands tiger apologises (what the bloody hel_l for?!), be contrite, beg for forgiveness, is sick. It's all about image, and nothing about nature, free-will, being human and fallible. One thing surprises me about this situation.

Tiger is - what 33? - a handsome chap, great physique and very fit, world famous multi-millionaire sportsman.

He could probably have had almost any woman he wanted but he chose a bunch of low class coffee shop waitresses, shop clerks - even out and out Porn actresses.

Thais believe that everyone inherits certain character traits and behaviour patterns from their birth parents - collectively called "sandarn" in Thai - and that these traits can never be changed even if the child is brought up in an entirely different social and financial situation to that of its' biological parents. Many Thais I know simply shrug their shoulders at Tigers indiscretions and say "sandarn Mae" .

Tiger's Woods problems have nothing to do with either American values or its culture. He has a behavioural problem and it is typical of people with his personality: All controling and very successful. His behaviour has been seen in people from other cultures and other countries that had the same success and position in life. A tip off to his being a control freak was the way in which he made the announcement: No questions allowed and only a select few trusted friends and business associates were allowed to be present.

Does he feel remorse? I don't know. I doubt it, but it's not my place to judge him. If Thai religious beliefs can help him, well then, why not? However, he should have started off by not being petty. Making the announcement on a Friday the day before the Accenture tourney when the biggest names were going to tee off served to derail that event. Was it a slap at Accenture that dumped him? Was it a message to the other players that he was going to take the spotlight away from them and show that he was a bigger star? He could have waited until midweek to make his empty statement.
