Are those sleeping drugs used to knock ppl out sold at local pharmacies?

Are they just a simple sleeping pill, and just take the powder out of it and pour into drinks?

It takes like 15 min or so to pass out? WOW scary stuff....

theres no such things as anaesthetic level of drug sold at pharmacy yeah? like u will pass out in a minute

I think it's best not to tell you the answer to these questions! :)
