sbk Posted November 4, 2003 Share Posted November 4, 2003 if you are calling from a landline dial 001-809-country code and the number, works out to about 24 baht a minute. its called efone. alternatively you can use your computer (msn messenger works fine if the other person has it too) however, expect delays. but, considering you can talk as long as you want just for the cost of the connection, its not too bad. you'll need either speakers and a microphone or a headset, i use msn messenger but netmeeting works too.
