A few weeks ago I was making one and when I got the puff pastry out of the freezer, I found it had been opened before and was unusable. So I had to make it myself. To be honest, I had to pause and think for a bit as I'd forgotten how to make it! . But once I'd remembered it was dead easy and, if anything, a bit cripser and more buttery than the packaged sort.
