I was wondering if anyone knew anywhere i would be able to buy this book from before i leave for thailand i have only been able to find reference to it no one selling it online or in australia.

looks like ill just have to pick it up when i land. i rang a few book stores and stuff in aus today and 1 libary seems to have it over in W.A but thats it.
