Does anyone know or has experience about this issue. 12 month regular fix deposit account with SCB, TMB, UOB Bank or Tharnachart bank . Customer make only one depoit on 12 month regular fix deposit account For 1 year and leave it there whitout update pass book over a year. Will those banks send letter to customer to inform that there is no activity and contact bank in person ? thank you for reply
