My Thai girlfriend want to come to Germany for a few weeks and need to show a reservation for a flight from Thailand to Germany and back to Thailand. Does someone know a good travel agency in Bangkok where she can get a reservation for these flights? And where not to pay too much fee if she needs to cancel the reservation? I didn't find some recommendation when I searched the forum.

Yes, Air Berlin is ok, but it is very complicated if you need to cancel the reservation if my girlfriend gets no visa. So it is better for her to make a reservation during a travel agency in Bangkok. But thanks for your hint.

Saveflights.com or moxtravel.com you can print the reservation and airline schedule from their web site

If it's only a RESERVATION, then any travel agency can do it for free: they just input your gf's name on a flight and print it out.

Cancellation fees are only concerning tickets already ISSUED, which can be done after your gf gets the visa approved...but I believe Embassies have different rules in this case, some accepting only reservations, other requesting an issued ticket.

There is a Tower / Building (cant remember the name) besides the German Embassy, going south on Sathorn. In the back of the Ground Floor is a Travel Agency who can issue these "reservations" for a fee of 200 THB. They use some kinda Word Template and the German Embassy accepts those without a problem.My friend has done this a few times. PM me and I will get you more info's ( name and exact location).

We used the reservation of moxtravel.com. If they want to see a ticket my girlfriend will show when she gets the visa. The member of the embassy told her the reservation is for the application of a visa enough. Next week she has her meeting at the embassy and we will see if the woman remmbered what she said at the telephone.
