Featured Replies

Have anyone been to Eel and Jasmine Rice competition?

19 December 2009 Mr.Nakarin Kongthun, the head official of

Chumphonburi joined the eel catching competition as the opening

ceremonies. This year we had visitors from different countries

joining the International Eel catching competition too. They were

Alan and Billy from UK, Renato from Swizerland, Janni from Denmark,

and Ron from Holland,Peter from Germany, Haley-AFSer/US from

Krasang. They all were good at trying to catch the eels although

most of them had never done this before. Good job guys!

You made the audience happy!! :):D:D

I think TMWG is an expert. He posted about it on a local Buriram website.

Thank you Dave

It looks like a very good fun day out!!

I do know how difficult it is to keep hold of an eel so i should imagine a thai would be very good at it....have you seen a thai catching small frogs? :)

Great idea if the pie and mash was available also and of course sasparella
