March 8, 201016 yr There are ways to work around the Act. A few years ago I empolyed a Burmese girl as a secretary, also a prohibited post, but we titled her position as " multi lingual customer relations manager", she spoke several languages and had no issue with a work permit. If the employer really does want to employ, it just needs a little creative thinking and I would be sure that with the language skills o your son this should not be to hard to dream up. best of luck.

March 12, 201016 yr what is the real intention of the poster, getting a job for her son....? if a person wants a son to get a job in another country.... a mother would provide all sort of info.... to enable capable others to consider and help.... really, do not know what to make of this post though....
