Cross everything you got in hopes that the humidity falls harder..... Is the river starting to rise yet ????? But, since it began pouring only moments before we were to leave for a photo shoot, I just savored the power outage and ozone aroma. jombom Posted March 10, 2010 Share Posted March 10, 2010 There was a report on Thai television late last night, that rain making equipment was being used in 8 regions of the far north, including Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.
