Budget(routhly) is about 5 000 000 baht. Target customers are Russians. if anybody is interested in this we can discuss the details via e-mail. But, have fun. you didn't understand - he targets Russian customers. Russians are bitches as business partners, but as customers they are quite straightforward, and pay very well because they don't discuss prices. you just have to be sure to collect the money beforehand. For me it is does not matter who will be partner. I know almost all the people from there. they have either a lot of money or nothing.
