Is it worth thinking of buying a guesthouse or small hotel or will you only loose your money or the property? Is it possible to get a work permit for such a business?

Is the minimum start capital always 2 million bath if you want to start a company,and is´t ok if the amount is invested in the company or do you need to have it on your bank account??
