Hi....

I sent 2 boxes to the USA the end of March,

How can I track them ?

There is a number on the receipt, but the only thing I can find on thai Post website is tracking EMS

This package was sent surface mail/insured and the lady at the post said it was trackable

I assume the tracking number starts with cp (8 digit number) th

can anyone help ?

I am back in the states so cannot go to Thai Post

[i got the same problem. I send them end of april with economy air. They told me it would take about 5 weeks before I get the parcels.

I don't have them yet.

One of my friends said it could be taking two months before you hear something.

The EMS form doesn't work for tracking Economy Air (SAL).

How do I track Economy Air

I just did this -- airmail registered NOT EMS to the USA -- The number that you receive on your invoice from the THAI POST is not entered into the THAI POST system. It is entered into the USA USPS system once it reaches the USA. You can track the THAI POST number at:

The package contained two 2GB Kingston mini USB RAM sticks so I was concerned about USA Customs, but they let them through with no delay. I have had EMS documents from Thailand take longer than the above.

I recently sent a couple of packages home using this EMS method. Even though you're given a tracking number

the website thailandpost.co.th doesn't work? (lady at the post office told me) but they can print you off tracking

intinerary inside the post office. after 4-5 days it enters the states and shows up on usps.com i guess their

partnership courier company. it wasn't cheap but it did eventually get there (about 10 days).

I always use Fedex. Actually cheaper then EMS, and perfectly trackable along the way....

How i understand it is that whit EMS (the ones i used i tink its air) it takes about 4 to 7 days to us/eu. i cant track it on www.thailandpost.com but if i ship from thailand to canada it works to track it on www.canadapost.ca (it dont work before its in the country you ship to)
