If you cannot write English, correct English, literate English, then your ideas do not belong in an English language forum, period. Go to forums and blogs in your native language and knock yourself out; either that, or learn English. This goes triple for posts that are attributed to a newspaper, purportedly by a journalist. These so-called journalist posts are the absolute worst offenders of all. I don't know if these banner line and bylined posts are done by some kind of translation software or what, but you could send them to a junior high school student in any American school (some inner city venues notwithstanding) and have them edited for correct grammar, spelling, and usage before causing English speaking forum readers headaches. And this is not about isolated occurances. It is the rule, not the exception. Even native English speakers often write and spell very poorly. Is it laziness? There is a spell-check feature. If you don't know how to write, then use MS Word, for crying out loud, and correct spelling and grammatical errors instead of dumping them in forums like you are writing on a bathroom stall partition. Perhaps, some kind of literacy standard can be established. So much of what is allowed to be posted is as taxing as grading assignments written by third-graders.
